October 18 - Ms. Zoila's Birthday October 26 – 9:00 AM School Picture Day October 21 - Hilldale Halloween Carnival (*ELA's sister school) October 31 – 9:30 AM Halloween Parade                                          * Children may come in their costumes (please label!)                            * No scary masks, guns or swords are allowed! November 22 - Ms. Aike's Birthday December 5 - 9 – Parent/Teacher Conferences December 14 – Holiday Program and Party (parents invited) December 16 - Hilldale Winter Program  (*ELA's sister school) February 14 – Dress in Red Day                                                  * Children may exchange Valentines cards/candies; please label each card or envelope with the child's name for easier distribution. February 17 - Parent Night at Hilldale School  (*ELA's sister school) March 16 – Dress in Green Day April 1 (Saturday) - Hilldale Family Assoc. Dinner & Talent Show             (*ELA's sister school) April 2 – Ms. Menchy's Birthday April 2 - Bring 3 hard boiled eggs April 4 - Spring Egg Hunt April 16 - Happy 26th Birthday, ELA! April 23-27 – Week of the Young Child (Spirit Week!)              Monday - Crazy Hair/Hat Day              Tuesday – Sports Day              Wednesday – Hawaiian Day              Thursday – Pajama Day              Friday – Carnival Day - Everyone wear ELA shirt! May 2 - 9:00 AM Mother's Day Breakfast May 4 – Staff Appreciation Day May 16 – 9:00 AM Graduation Picture Day May 18 - Hilldale Spring Musical  (*ELA's sister school) June 13 – 9:00 AM Father’s Breakfast June 25 through August 29 – SUMMER PROGRAM July 31 – 2:45 PM Graduation Program & Party * We invite all ELA parents and kids to come to some of the Hilldale School events and learn more about the terrific educational program at ELA's sister elementary school.
